[Article]Kim Hyun-joong and Ailee Stars ready to ‘Feel Korea’ in BRAZIL

Kim Hyun-joong, Ailee, Baechigi and the Babbling Perfordian are some of the talents invited to perform at a 50th anniversary celebration marking the start of Korean immigration to Brazil.

The event, to take place in Sao Paulo on Feb. 24 and orchestrated by the Korea Foundation for International Culture Exchange (Kofice), will fly under the banner “Feel Korea.”

Kim was picked for his prominence in K-pop, while Ailee was chosen for being one of the hottest rising talents in the industry.

The Babbling Perfordian crew was invited as they’ve made a name for themselves on the international comedy scene by winning two years in a row at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival.

The entertainers will also deliver donated goods to kids at a welfare facility on Feb. 25.

In addition, Kofice will hold a Korean culture class from Feb. 23 where participants can learn how to apply make-up like Korean stars and also master Psy’s famous “horse dance” moves.

- A friend of mine attened today called me to tell what Hyun Joong exactly said: " Even with many efforts, the scars of the accident on the right shoulder does not disappear. It reminds me of that day (the accident happened). Due to the accident, the promotion period became shorter which I still feel sorry for the fans and the members. I think that the scars was a gift from the God, which tells me " Be humble and straitforward ".
I am very happy now that I can do what I like. Tonight there were many Japnese SS501 fans at the venu which includes, of course, Henecians. He recognized that by boards, lightstick (SS501) and so on. He also recognized the songs the fans would like him to sing, " Hosizora", " Lucky Days". As he did not remember " Lucky Days", fans sang for him, then he suddenly remembers the dance, telling the fans " The dancing was like this way, right? " So touching moment for both Hyun Joong and the fans.

- The surprise song of tonight is "Lucky Day", again out of SS501 Jpn albmn. He also talked abt the days of Destination album prom.

[News] Kim Hyun Joong is assisted with scuba gear in mid-winter

Singer Kim Hyun Joong recently released pictures of himself.

On January 29, Kim posted several pictures on his Weibo account with the comment, “Mid-winter.”

In the pictures, Kim is assisted with scuba gear on the snow to go under the water and he is also wearing some kind of uniform for the shooting. His superior appearance drew a lot of attention.

People who saw the pictures responded: “What is he shooting?” “He looks cold but handsome.” “I can’t wait to see him.” “He is an alive statue.”

Kim will hold additional concerts of the Japan Tour 2013 Unlimited in Japanese cities, including, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo, until March.

KeyEast has confirmed that Hyun Joong will be perform at '2K13 Feel Korea'- Brazil on February 24, 2013, 08:00 pm (local time)

[News] Kim Hyun Joong, Ailee, Baechigi and More to Perform in Brazil

A special concert to celebrate the 50th anniversary Korean immigration to Brazil will take place at the end of next month.

The 2K13 Feel Korea celebration will take place in Brazil’s Sao Paulo from February 23 through 25.

Funded and supported by Korea’s Ministry of Culture Sports and Tourism, the festival will also include a makeup school in which participants can learn beauty tips and trends of current Korean stars, as well as a dance school, in order to learn the popular Gangnam Style dance.

The highlight of the festival will be a special concert featuring Kim Hyun Joong, Baechigi and Ongals on February 24.
